USEA Launches New and Improved Website

By Leslie Mintz - USEA Staff

On Friday, November 30, the United States Eventing Association (USEA) launched a fully redesigned website at www.useventing.com. The completely revamped website features a streamlined and simplified design, improved functionality, and enriched content areas to help our members and all eventing enthusiasts find the information they need.

Dropdown menus clearly outline all of the sections of the website with the most-used items such as horse and rider search and the calendar prominently displayed on the home page. The main slider will feature important reminders for USEA members with updates rotated through frequently.

The USEA website is updated on a daily basis with news, educational articles, profiles, videos, and more. Bookmark www.useventing.com as your go-to site for everything you need to know about eventing in the U.S.

“The USEA media staff analyzed the online traffic on www.useventing.com and have gone to great lengths to make the more popular parts of the website easier to access,” said USEA CEO Rob Burk. “The horse and rider search, the calendar of events, and simplifying the new eventer experience by better promoting www.discovereventing.com are some of the more noticeable changes. Those now appear front and center on the home page."

"However, the primary need for this update was for online security and compatibility purposes," continued Burk. "Change is always difficult, and I know that there will be some growing pains as we reacquaint ourselves with the new design and fix any issues that arise. The USEA offers tens of thousands of unique educational content pages and undoubtedly, we will find some portions of the new site that need adjustment. If you find any issues with the new website, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.”

The website is still under construction, so please be patient as we work to sort out any missing items and broken links.
