The U.S. Center for SafeSport has notified US Equestrian of updates to its Disciplinary Records following the issuance of a Temporary Suspension to Tommy Serio and Neil Donnelly, Jr., based on allegations of misconduct. In addition, Robert Bielefeld is no longer under a Temporary Suspension, as his suspension was lifted by an arbitrator following an interim measures hearing.

In a continued effort to raise the standard of eventing show jumping course design in the United States, US Equestrian has announced its plans for the 2018 Eventing Show Jumping Course Advisor Program. After reviewing all FEI level eventing show jumping courses in 2017, US Equestrian Eventing Show Jumping Course Advisor Richard Jeffery will turn his focus to 12 National Horse Trial show jumping courses across the preliminary and intermediate levels in 2018.

The Eventing Riders Association of North America (ERA of NA) is excited to announce the continuation of the Triple Crown Nutrition Prelim to Pro Team Championship for ERA of NA Plus Members. The program will run in conjunction with the Plantation Field International Young Rider CIC* division, September 20-23, 2018. Participants will interact with sponsors and receive Prelim to Pro “swag” in addition to enjoying media exposure and mentorship by top professionals.

Lexington, Ky. –  US Equestrian updated its Safe Sport Sanctions List yesterday following the issuance of a temporary suspension. The U.S. Center for SafeSport issued the temporary suspension based on allegations of misconduct.

Volunteer recruitment is underway for The 2018 Event at Rebecca Farm. In its 17th year, The Event will be held July 18 through July 22. In 2016, The Event at Rebecca Farm generated an incredible $5.5 million in economic impact for the Flathead valley and attracted people from around the world.Sarah Broussard, The Event at Rebecca Farm’s organizer, says she loves that The Event brings everyone together, no matter their age, interest, or knowledge of horses.

The tradition continued at the Mars Essex Horse Trials with the successful revival of the second competition following a 19-year absence. This June also marked 50 years since the event was founded by the Haller Family at their Hoopstick Farm.
